Q. Do you allow sites to advertise for money, on their web site?
A. Yes, we allow sites to have commercial advertisements.

A. Our servers are Linux
Q. What control panel do you use?
A. The control panel we use is called Cpanel.

Q. Can I pay monthly?
A. Yes, you may pay monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually.

Q. How long does it take to setup my account?
A. Your account will be setup within 2 hours most often much faster

Q. Are there any hidden costs, or setup fees?
A. No

Q. Do you offer telnet or shell access?
A. No due to security reason's we do not offer telnet or shell access. You are still able to unzip files on the server using our file manager as well as the ability to setup cron jobs.

Q. Can I password protect directories?
A. Yes you can password protect directory's within CPanel.


Q. How long does it take to get my domain working?
A. It usually takes 24-48 hours for a domain to fully propagate.

A. To create an email account, login to your control panel, click the mail icon and click add/remove email account's.

Q. How can I setup webmail to go directly to horde, neomail or squirrel mail?
A. Login to the one you prefer to use, after doing so, copy the entire url from your address bar. You will now login to your cpanel and create a subdomain to go to the address you just copied.


Q. None of my cgi scripts are working on the server. How do I get them to work?
A. Make sure that they are chmoded to 755

Q. How do I create databases and manage them?
A. Login to your cpanel and click MySQL Databases. After your database is created you can manage it from phpmyadmin. This can be found at the very bottom of the MySQL page.


Q. How do I make a payment?
A. All online payments are recurring. Your payment will automatically be deducted.You will receive an invoice via email.

Q. How do I stop billing?
A. If you wish to close your account simply Log into the Client Area and use the Cancel Account link.

› Yes, we offer cPanel/WHM on our servers.

· What is cPanel?
› Cpanel is a third party control panel that has been a leader on Linux server platforms.

Network & Data Center
· What is your uptime guarantee?
› We offer a 99.9% uptime SLA on all of our hosting plans.

Orders and Billing
· When are orders received?
› Orders are filled via our sales and billing department 8AM - 8PM EST Most often, orders are filled within 4 hours or less, 7 days a week.

· How am I billed, monthly?
› You are invoiced upon each of the recurring billing dates attached within your billing file. You can receive invoices monthly, quarterly, or annually. Your CC, or paypal account is automatically billed by our system on your invoice due date. We send invoices 11 days before the due date.

· What methods of payment do you accept?
› We accept Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX, and PayPal.

› Yes, the SLA is available on our website.

Technical Support

· What is your average response time to a ticket?
› Tickets are replied to as quickly as possible. Average response time on support tickets is 15 minutes. Normal turnaround time on a ticket is 30 minutes or less. Some problems take longer than others to resolve, and at peak time, we may receive multiple messages at once, so response times may vary.

· What is your service charge for support not covered through normal means?
› Additional support not covered through normal means will incur a $35.00 an hour Tech fee billed in 15 minute increments (1 hour minimum).

· Will I be notified before being billed for a support request?
› Yes, if you request additional services, the services will not be performed until you verify that you agree to the payment terms expressed above.
