In addition, you can connect several VPS's via the private network. Many customers buy 1 VPS to serve HTTP and a second VPS to serve MySQL and connect them via the secure Private Network.

With our managed VPS solution - technical support is available 24/7/365
via our support ticket system or Live Chat for any
server side issues you may face. Problems with OS or cPanel can be directed to our excellent support team ready to serve you. Your VPS is monitored via PING and you are notified of any outages.
Managed services are included, and include coverage of your OS and control panel. We will also aid in installation of server side third-party programs such as Zend, IonCube, and more (should you need support on third-party items - please contact the publisher). We are here to help you stay up and running and provide advice or help when you require it - 24 hours a day.
In addition, we lock down your VPS with our Basic Server Hardening before delivery to you. We close unnecessary ports, update all packages to the latest releases, and close known vulnerabilities not only on the OS - but on the control panel.
